Kanda Poha (Mumbai Style)

Wash poha & keep it aside to fluff up

Heat oil,add mustard seeds hing, turmeric powder, curry leaves, and finely chopped green chillies and finely chopped onions.

Cook onions till translucent.

Once the onions are cooked, add the soaked pohe

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar & salt

Mix everything.

Cover the pan for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 3-4 minutes of cooking the poha, add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
