Quick & Easy Egg Masala Omelette For Protein Rich Breakfast

In a bowl, crack 3 eggs. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste

Add finely chopped coriander leaves.

Add spices, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala powder, black pepper powder and salt.  

Whisk well. 

 Take a ladle full of omelette mixture and spread it all over the pan.

Cook the omelette on a medium flame for about 2-3 minutes.

Flip and cook it from the other side as well.

Spicy Indian Masala Omelette is ready. – Serve hot with toasted bread and ketchup.
