Buttery Egg Bhurji Pav (Mumbai Street Style Recipe)

Heat oil & butter in a pan or Kadai.  

Add green chillies and finely chopped onions and saute onions for 2-3 minutes.

Saute till translucent

Add ginger-garlic paste.

Saute for another 5 minutes.

Add finely chopped tomatoes.

Cook tomatoes till they are soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and coriander powder. 

Mix Well

 Break the eggs into this onion-tomato mixture. Add salt and finely chopped coriander leaves.

Once you add the eggs, keep on stirring the eggs continuously until its perfectly cooked.

Saute till egg is perfectly cooked.
