Chapati / Poli / Roti

Jaggery or as per your liking

tablespoon
Ghee
1
teaspoon
Cardemon Powder
2
tablespoons
Almonds (OR any nuts of your choice)
Instructions
Roughly tear the chapati / poli in pieces and add it to the blender.
Pulse chapati till they are roughly crushed.
Add jaggery / gul.
Pulse a few times till it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Add a tablespoon of ghee and pulse it once again.
Our policha laddo mixture is ready.
Transfer the mixture to a wide bowl.
Add freshly crushed cardamon powder and almonds.
Mix the ladoo mixture well. Take a small portion of this mixture and roll them into spherical-shaped ladoos.
Sweet, delicious policha ladoo (chapati ladoo) is ready.
