Cripsy Rice Pakoda

Mash the rice ( Best to use leftover rice)

Add onion,ginergalric, coriander powder,garam masala, salt 

Add ajwain , turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix well

Add besan (gram flour) & sprinkle little water. 

Drop small bites of the batter in hot oil deep fry till goleden brown.

Rice pakoda is ready,. Serve with ketchup
