Onion Rava Masala Dosa

In a bowl add, rava (semolina), rice flour & maida (all purpose flour)

Add onions, coriander, curry leaves, cumin seeds, green chillies, salt

Add water. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes

Add water & mix well

The consistency of the batter should be thin & free flowing

Pour the batter using a ladle starting from the edges toward the centre.

Drizzle little oil along the edges and let the Rava dosa cook on medium flame.

Cook the dosa from both sides till they are golden and crispy.

Spread a spoonful of potato masala all over the Rava and roll the dosa to serve.
