Easy & Crispy Nutritious Ragi Dosa (Finger Millet Dosa)

In a blender, add green chillies, ginger and cumin seeds. Grind to a coarse paste. 

In a mixing bowl, add ragi flour, rava (semolina) and rice flour. 

Add finely chopped onions, ginger-chilli-cumin seed paste, curry leaves, finely chopped coriander leaves  & salt.

Add yoghurt/ (curd) 

 Mix all the ingredients well.

 Start adding water little by little at a time to avoid lumps.

Add 2 cups of water  

Cover and let the batter rest for 20-30 minutes.  

Take a ladle full of dosa batter and spread it over a hot tava/griddle.

Drizzle some oli on the sides. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium flame. Once cooked, flip and cook from the other side for a minute or two.

 Serve immediately along with coconut chutney.
