Crispy Onion Pakoda - Pyaz Ke Pakode

In a bowl, add sliced onion & salt. Keep this mixture aside for about 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, start adding spices. Add carrom seeds (ajwain)

turmeric powder, coriander powder, finely chopped cilantro (coriander leaves), a teaspoon of sugar and red chilli powder.

Mix everything well

Add besan & rice florur

Without adding water make the batter

drop small portions of the onion batter into the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown on medium flame.
