Spring Onion Pithla

In a bowl mix, 4 tbsp besan, chilli powder & salt. Make a paste.

Heat oil, add mustard & cumin seeds, hing

Add 1 tbsp garlic chilli paste & saute till raw smell of garlic fades away

Add finely chopped spring onion whites

Add finely chopped spring onion greens & saute for 5 mintues.

Add half teaspoon turmeric powder & cook till onions are soft

Add besan paste & keep on stirring continously

Cook this pithla for 5-6 minutes on medium flame till it becomes glossy

Lastly garnish with coriander leaves
