Kaddu Ki Meetihi Poori Sweet Pumpkin Poori
Peel, cut & cook pumpkin in water till tender
Remove water & mash the pumpkin cubes
Add 3 tablespoons of jaggery (gul) & mix well.
Mix jaggery (gul) & pumpkin till jaggery is completely mixed with pumpkin
Once the pumpkin and jaggery are nicely incorporated. Add wheat flour little by little
Without adding water, knead a stiff dough
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes
After 20 mins, roll the dough into small pooris
Deep fry in oil till golden brown from both sides
