Gujarati Dudhi Thepla Lauki Thepla

In a mixing bowl, add grated lauki / dudhi and salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Add spices, turmeric, red chilli, coriander, ajwain, salt, sugar & wheat flour

Knead a soft dough without using water

Cover the dough and rest it for 15-20 minutes

Take a small portion of dough, dust with dry wheat flour 

Roll theplas into 6-7 inch disc

Place the thepla on hot tava & roast on medium flame from both sides

Lauki thepla / Dudhi Thepla is ready. Serve with pickle or curds
