Maharashtrian Style Aloo Gavar Ki Sabji With Peanuts

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, hing & turmeric powder

Add thinly sliced potatoes & gavar (cluster beans)

Add jaggery & salt

Add half cup water let the gavar simmer

Add red chilli powder & Maharashtrian goda masala (use garam masala if goda masala not available)

Mix & cook the sabzi

Once sabzi is cooked add peanut powder

Maharashtrian Style Aloo Gavar Ki Sabji With Peanuts Is Ready. Serve with roti.
