Easy & Tasty Malvani Style Prawns Fry Recipe

Marinate prawns with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Marinate for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, add rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well. 

Coat the marinated prawns one by one with the rice flour and shallow fry.

Flip and fry on the other side until crisp.
