Simple & Non Sticky Bhindi Ki Sabzi (Maharashtrian Style)

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. 

Add hing (asafoetida)

Add finely chopped onions

Saute onoins till translucent

Add chopped Bhindi

Add Kokam (or amchur powder in the end)

Cook bhindi without covering

Add red chilli powder, goda masala or(1 tsp cumin powder & 1 tablespoon coriander powder), sugar and salt. 

Cook bhindi / okra on a low to medium flame till it is perfectly cooked. 

Simple Bhindi Ki Sabzi is ready.
