Aloo Matar Ki Sabji

Cut Potatoes & soak them with peas 

Heat oil, add onions & saute

Add tomatoes & cook till soft

Cool this mixture & blend to fine paste

Heat oil, add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste & onion tomato paste

Add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt 

Cook till oil seperates

Add soaked aloo matar

Add water  & jaggery (gul)

Cook till aloo matar is perfectly soft
